How to think about which session fits

There's no required order and no expectation that you'll work through all three. Most people begin with the area that feels most present — a morning that doesn't quite work, a sense that eating and movement have drifted, or a set of wellness ideas that never quite settled into daily life.

A reflective two-hour conversation about how your mornings currently unfold — and where small shifts might make them feel steadier. We look at sleep patterns, light exposure typical of Japanese seasons, hydration, and the first thirty minutes after waking.

You leave with a written one-page outline of suggested adjustments, written as gentle options rather than rules. The session can be held on-site or by video call and is suited for adults at any stage of their wellness path.

A longer engagement built around the rhythms of daily eating and gentle movement, with respect for traditional Japanese foodways. Across four sessions over six weeks we review current patterns, talk through preferences, and assemble a flexible weekly framework.

Movement suggestions favour walking, mobility work, and short home practices rather than rigorous schedules. A printed reference is delivered at the close of the engagement. The pace is set by the client throughout.

A six-session programme that helps integrate a handful of chosen practices — short meditations, journaling, breathwork, or evening wind-down routines — into an already full life. Each session is forty-five minutes, with a brief written reflection between meetings.

Suited for those who have explored wellness ideas before and would like a quieter way to keep them present. Sessions are scheduled at intervals that suit the participant rather than a fixed weekly cadence.

The Morning Routine session is a natural starting point and is described as suitable for adults at any stage. No prior experience with wellness work is needed.

How is payment handled?

Payment details are shared after the initial exchange, once we've confirmed a session suits your situation. We'll discuss any flexibility around timing when we're in contact.
